Ruth is a development enthusiast with over 7 years of experience working with youths in various capacities from entrepreneurship to employability training, coaching, and mentorship. Ruth’s advocacy issues center around creating an equal playing field for all to thrive, cutting across academic pedigree, gender, and socio-economic spectrum.
Ruth holds a BSc. in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Benin and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) of Nigeria. She also holds a non-profit management and leadership certificate from Lagos Business School (LBS).

Efe Erhabor
Co-Founder/Program lead
Efe is passionate about social innovations in youth empowerment and has had numerous engagements with different social projects over the years.
He has over 7 years of experience in learning & development and currently coordinates training projects for strategic partnerships at WAVE (West Africa Vocational Education)
ANigerian based social enterprise tackling youth employment by training and matching underserved youth to entry-level jobs in high growth sectors. He currently holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Lagos Business School and is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Ibadan.
