Micheal Ajayi

Michael Ajayi is the Country Director of Enactus Nigeria, a global non-profit organization dedicated to enabling human progress by providing participating undergraduates the training, linkages and other resources they need to become innovative, courageous, committed and values-driven business leaders with a head for business and a heart for the world. In addition, Michael has built results-driven, competent and forward leaning team inspired to work together to achieve organizational goals and the shared vision. Michael Ajayi started his career at Enactus Nigeria as a volunteer. Given his organizational skills, commitment to duty, ability to successfully take on multiple priorities and his sense of responsibility, he was soon recruited as a Program Staff from where he steadily rose through the ranks to the position of the Country Director, which he has held since 2014.

Ebehi Ugberaese

Ebehi was born and raised in Nigeria. Currently she serves as a Department Lead in WAVE in the training and operations department. Ebehi’s team is responsible for creating, developing and delivering relevant (and sometimes industry specific) content that prepares unemployed talent youths for entry level jobs in high growth industries. Her role at WAVE focuses on strategizing, tweaking and standardizing the WAVE curriculum to meet the needs of the two customers (employers and employees).Prior to WAVE she worked with young people in the construction industry planning, executing and coordinating projects for five years. She holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria. A non-profit Leadership and Management Course from the Lagos Business school , Nigeria. Ebehi is passionate about helping young people connect the dots to a better future from the many hurdles life has thrown at them and also about reforming the education system in Nigeria.

Isaiah Ebere

Isaiah Ebere has diverse experience and expertise built over 5 years of leading the strategic development and implementation of programs primarily in education advocacy and youth employment and is passionately committed to Africa youth development.

Jedidiah Orakpo

Jedidiah is an organised designer playing in the nexus where storytelling, sound, and design meet. She uses design principles to solve everyday problems through conceptual storytelling and the creation of sustainable solutions. Loves organizing thoughts, people, spaces, things and processes to create a better experience. With a budding career in character and product design, with a focus in the media, technology and manufacturing industries, Jedidiah believes that the great things in life are hinged on impeccable structures hidden in beautiful designs.

Jude Obidiagha

Jude Obidiagha is an experienced public policy and nonprofit expert with over 4 years’ experience in program management, policy development, research and data analytics. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Nigeria and Master’s Degree in Applied Economics (Policy Analysis) from the University of Winnipeg, Canada. He is a proud recipient of numerous academic and leadership scholarships from Nigeria, Canada and the United States. Currently, Jude is a senior policy analyst with the Government of Manitoba, working on whole-of-government transformational programs and projects in the education and health spaces, enabling society and people through evidence-based research and policy recommendation. For him, it is the belief in a world where his work cannot only be an avenue for system change, it will set the wheels for transformation, impact, and a long-lasting contribution to the social and human development of his community.

Stanley Boampong

Stanley is a Business Strategist with experience in the Healthcare, Chemical and FMCG space. Stanley is truly passionate about analytical approaches to problem-solving focusing on data and insights that they provide in understanding how businesses work and how they can be scaled.
